Step Closer??

Well, hopefully we'll be a step closer to selling our house officially after today. We had the appraisal this afternoon. No word yet, and our realtor said we'd be lucky to hear by tomorrow. If all appraises well, we will have our home inspections on Monday. Keep praying! Hopefully this all works out!
